Navigacare S&E Contest Terms &Conditions
️ I. Contest Overview
Detail Specification
Donation Period December 15, 2025 to March 16, 2026
Eligibility Open to all individuals, age 18 and above.
Minimum Qualifying Donation $1,000 (or NGN 1,500,000)
II. Prize and Winner Selection
● Winner Selection: The individual who makes the single highest donation of $1,000 (or NGN 1,500,000) or greater during the Donation Period.
● Prize: The winner receives a one-off commission equivalent to 3.5% of the revenue from:
- The first sale recorded during the Donation Period, OR
- The first sale recorded immediately following the Donation Period. (Note: The commission is paid based on only one of these sales, whichever occurs first relative to the contest timeline. The maximum commission awarded is capped at $1,500.) 💰
● Service Note: Navigacare provides services exclusively to hospitals and cancer treatment centers.
III. Appreciation for Contributors
Donors who contribute $1,000 (or NGN 1,500,000) or more will receive:
- Winner Recognition (For Winner Only): The winner receives a “Contest Winner” designation and permanent listing on the Navigacare website, apart from the 3.5% commission as explained in Prize and Winner Selection above. 🥇
- Contributor Recognition (For Non-Winners): Non-winning donors receive a
“Compassion Contributor” designation and permanent listing on the Navigacare website. 🏆 - Commemorative Souvenir (For All $1,000+ Donors): All eligible donors receive a unique enamel Lapel Pin with the Navigacare logo and ribbon seal.
- All other Donors or Contributors below $1000 or NGN 1.5m will also be appreciated and if they want, will be listed under Non-Contestant Contributors. (Name or Nickname only for Privacy)
IV. Fulfillment and Contact
● Contact: The winner will be contacted within 7 days of the contest end date
● Commission Payment: Payment is processed immediately following the final close and receipt of payment for the one eligible sale revenue identified above.
● Final Authority: Navigacare retains the final right to interpret and administer these terms and conditions.
